I would recommend trying the online website builder at FreeWebs. They offer a free service level that includes a lot of features, and they make it easy to make a GREAT looking website!

Other Replys:there are a lot of them out there.. it depends what you want... and what you want to use it for.. if your a beginer.. I%26#039;d say try www.freewebs.com and work out with their website tools choose beginer if you want you could choose advanced user and try out some of the html codings they show you how to do.. and what you want to do at www.htmlgoodies.com you could learn a lot just searching in www.google.com or www.yahoo.com ... I say its better to learn the basic html codes before you use a program.. couse programs are too much to handle if you dont know how it really works and how easy it is to change things.. but if you want a program dreamweaver is a good one I think you could download a treiler or something.. online try www.download.com
