I have a Platinum Hosting Package that goes for only 19.99 per month, with everything unlimited. My domain name only cost me 7 dollars per year.

You can get a free domain name with most hosting packages, but free hosting and domain, I don%26#039;t think that is possible, although, I sure would love to find such a place.

Hosting is cheap nowadays.

It%26#039;s up to you how developed a site you want and if you want to use your own domain name. Having your own domain name + your own hosting gives much more credibility to your site and allows you to be more flexible (such as adding google adsense to make money, affiliate links etc).
