Hosting Requirments for ASP.NET 3.5 AJAX and Silverlight?

I%26#039;m developing a website with Visual Web Developer 2008 Express, using asp.net 3.5, ajax and silverlight. Also, I%26#039;ll be needed database support, I think it%26#039;s MS SQL that%26#039;s used for Web Developer? What are all the requirments needed to run this website that I need to look for? Some hosting companies, for example say, IIS or XAML supported, but I don%26#039;t know of I need those. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
