What is the best place to buy web domains and which is the best hosting package for a first timer?

I personally use GoDaddy.com for all my domain names and websites. We have businesses that depend on our web presence, and they have always provided top-notch service.

Also, there are discount codes online if u search for them. Not to spam for them, but I think they are very low priced in their market.
